SWISH Annual Retreat 2024 at Grand Sultan

The annual retreat kicked off with a burst of energy as we engaged in a series of entertaining games. Laughter echoed through the air as the classic Chinese whisper had everyone attempting to convey a message down the line, only to end up with amusingly altered versions. The balloon dance, a crowd favorite, saw participants grooving and giggling as we tried to keep the balloons between us while dancing to lively tunes. During the tug of war, the field became a battleground where two opposing teams, each with a shared determination, engaged in fierce competition with real team bonding. These games not only sparked our joy but also strengthened the bonds among team members.

As the sun set over the beautiful landscape of Sreemangal, the evening took a cultural turn with a captivating program. We showcased our talents through dance and music, providing a platform for everyone to express their creativity. The cultural program not only highlighted the diversity within the organization but also fostered a sense of unity and appreciation for each other’s unique skills.

On the second day of the annual retreat, we seamlessly blended fun with learning. Colleagues had the privilege of engaging in insightful sessions with the Chairman Md Humayun Kabir Rasal and Managing Director Ismail Hossain of SWISH Group. These sessions provided a valuable opportunity for the team to gain insights into the company’s vision, mission, and plans. The leadership shared anecdotes and experiences, offering a glimpse into the journey that has shaped SWISH into the successful organization it is today.

Apart from the leadership talks, the annual retreat featured open discussion and breakout sessions focusing on professional development and skill enhancement.
