Exchange Policy

  • Products may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
  • The product must be unused, and the original packaging must be intact, complying with SWISH Standard Packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Payment & Stocking Terms

Order Commencement: A minimum 50% advance is required to register your interest and initiate the procurement process.

Price & Stock Guarantee: Please note that only 100% payment secures your specific stock and locks the current market price.

Extended Project Timelines: For deliveries planned beyond 4 months, a 50% advance secures your position. To maintain this schedule, the remaining balance is to be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

Delivery Adjustments: If the final balance is not settled within 30 days, the delivery window will be recalibrated. The standard 4-month delivery benefit will reactivate upon receipt of the 100% final payment.

Limitations

  • Return, exchange, refund, or modification is allowed only once per invoice.
  • SWISH reserves the right to withhold or reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the policy conditions are not met.
