WARRANTY POLICY

WARRANTY DOCUMENT

SWISH warrants this product against defects in materials and the workmanship under normal residential use for a time period of 1 to 20 years on certain products as long as it is owned by the original consumer purchaser.

This warranty is provided for the exclusive benefit of the initial consumer purchaser or owner. This warranty is non-transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners. This warranty applies only to purchases that are purchased and installed in Bangladesh.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, SWISH will, at its option, either repair or replace the defective product free of charge. The replaced product then shall become the sole property of SWISH. The decision whether to repair or replace is determined by SWISH in its sole discretion. Proof of purchase must be provided to SWISH with all warranty claims.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

1. This warranty only applies to products purchased through the SWISH Flagship Store, Authorized Showrooms and Authorized Dealers across Bangladesh.

2. This warranty does not apply to any abnormal objects (balls, toys, plastic bags etc.) stuck at the commode.

3. This warranty does not apply to any damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, storm, etc.

4. This warranty does not apply to any damage or loss sustained because of the usage of acidic chemicals on any kind of products.

5. This warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by non-genuine SWISH parts, installation errors, product abuse, product misuse, improper maintenance, broken, improper care or cleaning, improper repair or installation, and/or movement or transfer of the product from its original installation location. 

6. SWISH is not responsible for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement.

7. Damage or loss resulting from electrical surges or lightning strikes or other acts which are not the fault of SWISH or which the product is not specified to tolerate, including failure to use the factory equipped cord and plug or use of a loose or faulty electrical outlet.

8. For Mirrors in Bangladesh’s environment, corrosion on the mirror’s edges is a natural process due to the climate. The warranty is applicable if only 2mm or more corrosion is visible within 1 year.

To avail the Warranty coupon, the damaged mirror must be returned to SWISH 

SERVICE REQUEST UNDER WARRANTY

Please retain this warranty document with your proof of purchase. Customers may obtain service by contacting and providing relevant details to the supplier from whom the product was purchased. Alternatively, contact can be made direct to SWISH.

Customer must send SWISH a video of the problem he/she is facing and SWISH will take necessary action within the next 72 working hours (inside Dhaka city) of the video submission through SWISH Hotline Number, Social Channels, or Email.

Customers must provide reasonable and timely access to allow repairs to proceed. SWISH will not be responsible for any loss, damage or additional costs incurred due to delayed access.

CLEANING AND CONVEYANCE ARE ON PAYMENT AS AND WHEN REOUIRED

**THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SWISH. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR OTHER APPROPRIATE ADJUSTMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.**
